Get in touch

For privacy requests, nickname reports, corrections or game feedback, email usingh@racingpoint.in.

For a leaderboard report, include the public nickname, mode, difficulty, score and approximate posting date. Each score’s Report link prepares these details in your email app; you decide whether to send it. Please explain the issue without sending passwords or your private browser player ID.

What stays on your browser

The game uses browser local storage to remember sound preferences, personal bests, club progress and daily-over records. This progress is not sent to the leaderboard automatically.

If you post a score, we also remember your chosen nickname and a random private player ID on that browser. The ID links your best scores across boards and lets you remove them. It is not a verified identity or a sign-in account, and it does not follow you to another browser.

Browser storage is also separate for each website address. Progress, personal bests and your private player ID do not transfer automatically between the original ChatGPT Sites address, creasecricketindia.com and www.creasecricketindia.com. These addresses share the online leaderboard.

Stored items use the keys crease-sound, crease-best-v5-…, crease-club-v1, crease-player-name and crease-player-id. They remain until you remove them or your browser clears them. Club history keeps a limited number of recent records; it does not automatically expire all progress after a set number of days. Restricted or private browsing may prevent progress from being saved.

What posting a score sends

When you choose Post my score, the game sends your nickname, runs, wickets, balls played, mode, difficulty, private player ID and a random submission ID to the site’s server.

The leaderboard database stores your best innings per mode and difficulty, its nickname and posting time. Separate submission records store the player ID, submission ID, a fingerprint of the submitted data and a timestamp to handle retries and limit repeated submissions. These records have no automatic expiry at present.

Your nickname, score, wickets, balls and posting time can be public. The board shows the top 20 scores for each mode and difficulty. Its public API includes ranks and posting times, but not private player IDs or submission IDs. A score outside the displayed top 20 still remains in the database.

Nicknames and fair play

Use a friendly nickname, without real names, contact details, threats, hateful language or impersonation. Nicknames are anonymous and identities are not verified. Scores are checked for basic plausibility; this is a casual leaderboard, not a verified competition.

A limited automated filter rejects some obvious abusive or contact-like names, and hides matching older names as “Name hidden” while keeping their scores and ranks. It cannot catch every language or spelling. Reports go to the publisher for review; a reported entry is not removed automatically.

Remove your online scores

  1. Open Ranks in the game using the same browser and website address you posted from.
  2. Choose Remove my online scores.
  3. Confirm Remove all my scores to delete scores across every board and submission records linked to that browser’s private player ID.

For scores posted on our original address, open the original Crease Cricket site in that browser and use its removal control. If you cannot access the original browser data, email usingh@racingpoint.in with the public score details.

Successful removal also clears that browser’s saved leaderboard nickname and ID when browser settings permit it. If local cleanup is blocked, the game tells you to use your browser’s site-data settings. Your local club progress and personal best scores stay on the device unless you clear site data yourself. After cleanup, posting another innings creates a new player ID. Removal does not erase copies someone else has already made of a public score.

Remove online scores before clearing browser storage. Clearing storage alone does not delete server records and can remove the ID needed for self-service deletion. If you have already cleared it, changed browsers, or cannot use the removal button, contact usingh@racingpoint.in with the public score details so we can review your request.

To clear progress stored only on your device, use your browser’s site-data settings for this game. This resets your saved sound setting, local bests and club history.
